活动暂定三个主题：
A.杨廷琨 - Oracle RAC连接的高可用性研究 -- 包括load_balance、failover等内容
B.盖国强 - Oracle Latch竞争与Row Cache Objects -- 介绍最近的一些诊断项目心得，没时间写出来，先在活动上分享一下。
C.达梦数据库内部原理 - 由达梦技术人员，介绍达梦数据库的实现
